Your online resource for Walgreens deals

Umm…where have Rebates 45 & 46 gone? Thanks to Erin for pointing out that the October Earning Checklist Online now NO LONGER have the Nivea Body Wash and the Lypsyl on the rebate list?!?!?!
If anyone ends up calling Walgreens and gets an answer, please let us know the outcome! Thanks!
UPDATE: 4.22pm CST from Erin:
“So I called Customer Service to ask what happened, I could tell I was talking to a lady who didnt have a clue as to what I was talking about or even care. She was annoyed, then tried to assure me that “on the back end, behind the scenes” it would sort itself out. I asked her how I was supposed to verify this and am I going to have to wait a month to find out if she is right or wrong. she just went broken record on me repeating the same thing. Irritating.
Anyone familiar on their return policy if this doesnt sort out in my favor?”

It’s the last day of September. The last day to use all those coupons which is dated 9/30/08. Time to clean out your September coupon stash and start afresh.
But WAIT!?! What will YOU be doing to your expired coupons? If you’re fortunate enough to have stores that allow the use of expired coupons then lucky you. But for those who don’t have that luxury, what will YOU do with yours?
Did you know that you can send your expired coupons to military families stationed overseas? Oh yes, you can!
And to tell you all about it my fellow Frugal Blogger, My Precious Pennies, has got the 101 on this fantastic program. Head on over to her post: “Declutter Your Coupons!” and learn all about how you can help fellow couponers overseas (who don’t have the privilege of getting the same coupons as us here in the US). Plus, My Precious Pennies is having a giveaway relating to sending coupons overseas. It is worth the look and your participation.
Thanks to My Precious Pennies for alerting me about her post that benefits others.
FWTR reader, Danielle, emailed me last night informing me that she found coupons inside this month’s Marie Claire magazine.

Thanks to Danielle for the reminder!

It’s Tuesday so it’s time to give THANKS!
This week, it’s another Scrubbing Bubbles item that I wanted to rave about and also give thanks to Walgreens for giving it to me for very cheap.
It’s the Scrubbing Bubbles Action Scrubber! I decided to try it out this past weekend and give it a big tick of approval. I love the smell because it’s not too overpowering. I love the ease in which you can use this time - the handle is easy to grip and so comfy spongy. I used the one pad to clean our whole shower and tub and the suds were still there long after I had finished scrubbing everything!
Want another review? Check out Bargain Briana’s review of the Action Scrubber here. While you’re there, read her review of the BioInfusion Shampoo that was a FAR item for August. I haven’t used the BioInfusion products yet.
